Please Help With VBulletin

I had recently transfered all of my VBulletin data over to my own domain. However, after doing so, I noticed I can't even log in. But when I go to my old site, I can still log in. When I do log in, it will say thank you click here if you don't want to wait. Or something like that. But then it just refreshes the page and I am still not logged in. How do I go about fixing this problem?

    Please help!

    Thank you!

In your vBulletin folder (the one you downloaded). There will be a folder that you aren't supposed to upload. In there, there should be a file like tools.php.

Upload this to your new domain and navigate to it via your browser (http://www.yourdomain.com/tools.php)

    Then follow the process :)

Yeah, I did. When the host had transfered it over, I noticed that all the files are compressed together. Can I still edit the files even though they are compressed?

How has the host transfered files? Are they all present at your new domain in a compressed folder? Can't you access ANY page of your forum?

I had a previous domain that was free. I had went on to purchase my own domain and I did not want to lose the files. So I had asked the host to transfer all of my files on to the new domain and they did. However, now I can't log in and the board is offline.

What error message are you getting when you try and login? Does it just not allow you and tell you that you have 4 more tries before disabling you or is there an EXACT error message.

well the board is offline because it was turned offline in order to transfer it. The issue you are having is a cookie issue. What happened when you rant the tools.php? That should have fixed the issue. You never told us what happened.

    Not Found

The requested URL /admincp/tools.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
