    Hey

I have a cousin who lives in china and they have been selling televisions and electronics for quite some time but about a month ago he got a very weird customer who offered to buy 20 000$ worth of electronics. My cousin was freaked out but did not want to lose such a great deal so he played along and waited till the guy payed. The customer acually paid 20 000$ through paypal so my cousin shipped the product. After a week had passed the payment that my cousin recieved had been reversed to the buyers paypal beacuse he had said that his credit card was stolen and he did not authorize the payment. My cousin is extremely angery and i am just wondering is there ANYWAY to get the money back or doing anything in our power? My cousin is willing to go to great lengths to get his money back so can you guys please help me find a way to get the money back, I am feeling really sorry for him.

    Thank you

yeah, paypal should take serious of this problem,at least they should ask for the proof of losing the credit card, like bank letter and police report.Otherwise how can paypal just hold the money and reverse back to their scammer?

I have thought about this overnight and i called my cousin and asked him how far he would go to get this guy and he told me that he would even open a lawsuit but is there a way to get him to send the money back? So far we know where he lives beacuse of the shipping address.

He surely may have the buyers address right? If its in the same country/location, he can go bang his door with the police help?

Try filing a legal process if in same area/city/country?
