Well i have a website that gets about 35k page impressions monthly but the revenue is tiny from it, probably less than $10, so the page views wont always mean big bucks.

It is a very low paying niche, thankfully my pleasure comes from the website (love for it) and not its money making potential.

    You've got very low CTR.
    Try experiment with ads placement

You know you would expect so wouldnt you. I make a little bit of revenue from affiliate ads, but other than that no. I have been around a little over 5 months and im getting 40,000 uniques/month and i make $2 a day..

Huh? $2/month for 10K page views? If me i was expect to earn 10% from that page view(of course the higher the best) Say we can generate 1K clicks from that and each click get us $0.50 so it will be $500/month side income :)

If each click got me 0.50 i would be a lot more rich than I am now! Today, 9 clicks has generated me .79 :(

"Tip for making the most of revenue opportunities: Like most sites, forums can benefit from opting in to image ads. Supporting image ads increases the pool of ads - particularly cost-per-thousand-impression (CPM) ads - bidding to display on your site. Since forums tend to have lower clickthrough rates than other types of sites, CPM ads can improve revenue without the need for clicks. Keep in mind, however, that CPM ads come in both text and image formats."
