Paypal Payment

    I have purchased a product from a website and paid using paypal button and not directly to the paypal.

    He has given me a script but script is not workign at all.

    Can I file dispute?

    Something which is very hard to tell as Paypal don't cover non-tangible good. To win such dispute you have to fully convince your problem to Paypal.

    Tell Paypal that the "goods" didnt get delivered at all, that helps :)

    Don't think that is possible or a very good idea :rolleyes: seller will reproduce invoice to Paypal and you will almost always loose the dispute.

    There is no harm is rasing a dispute if you have been wrong. Even if you lose the dispute, Paypal is made aware of the activities of the seller.

    However, you have to be sure that the script is indeed faulty and it does not stem from the limitations of your hosting account and/or your ability to install scripts.

    It is always best to work out with the seller to get your script to work. If they do have a script demo working on their website, it would mean that it would work.

    why don't u first contact the seller? may be you are doing something wrong thats why script is not working.

    I have contacted a seller but he is also not able to install script, so what can I do? He is not refunding my money
