good call on the company Jason, glad that we didn't keep our account with them. it was rather slow and we had to contact the company via MSN to get anything handle since it was all stuff we couldn't do from our side.

ROFL, only thing is that we had to request our refund in the morning and remind them 12 hours later to finalize it...ha ha ha on them for thinking they would keep us with crappy service, problems and garabage.

 

this place rips you off bad , servers are well oversold , bought a yearly reseller for 25$ , when i first had it it was very fast , now i cant even load the page to the 1 website i am hosting in under 30 seconds , takes like 1 min and sometimes errors out.

 

my situation with Forcium wsan't so bad, i didn't pay anything, but i did give them a try out. sadly disappointing. crappy service, crappy support.

and their still trying to bill me. big thumbs down for this 'cough' host.

Just increasing the max connections in apache will not solve the issue but only put a band aide on the problem if the servers are over loaded then there will be more problems down the road and not only with apache.

Did they not think selling all those cheap yearly plans that the server would not get overloaded with all the masters on the server..

lol agrees with iwhic as they really wanted to out due everyone which in the end they only out did their server and their hosting company into the ground! ROFL

 

the main problem i had with forcium is just if i create a new account then it wouldnt propagate....
what is the name of the problem ?? DNS issue??

 

they offer a 20% discount for those from the old server, unfortunately, they give you literally no time to move.
so either you take their pricing and signup or move on.

initially, the service and support was ok....not now.

 

I just got an email from them saying that it is under new management and they are offering all ex customers a 50% discount....Um, how about I dont think so.

 

And how much do you want to bet that they are really not under new ownership but just a bunch of kids trying to scam some more people.

Yes. They said its only for ex customers. But Im pretty sure it is just a scam like Iwhic stated.

 

They are under new management. Because the people who bought it gave me a discount on VPS servers they own, and Forcium Hosting wasnt gonna release them for a long time. And the new owners are a lot nicer and know what there doing.

 

These offers are no longer available due to masses of over rediculous selling

As i have stated in many other posts the old Owners just simply did not have a clue what they were doing within 24 hours of buying them out we dealt with over 200 customers and fixed several crutial problems with the server, we are re-housing all clients to servers that are ready to house them.
