$100.00 48 hour contest! Gas Pump image

I need to have an image of gas pump created for a landing page. The website is focused on gas mileage and saving money. I'd like an image of a gas pump and instead of a price readout and gallons filled readout, I'd like fields that I can insert javascript for an email autoresponder. The first field is for their name and the second is for their email address.

As far as size goes, let's shoot for no larger than 400X600. You can make your pump modern or go retro, I'm open to either! For colors, stick to standard stuff with no neon or techno colors

The winner will be asked to place the name of the website on the gas pump after he's been picked the winner. Once that's complete, you will be paid in full via PayPal.

Very nice! I like this design quite a bit. Can't think of much more to add right now as I'm in meetings all day. I'll review again tomorrow AM and let you know!

Sorry but those designs are not what I'm looking for. For guidance, I'd suggest looking at graphicsunplug and that design.
