I want to start promoting sites and making money. I'm going to buy PPC ads to promote them. Anyone know what's the best way to promote affiliates and is Clickbank anygood? Also how the heck do you chose a good program there is over 10,000 to chose from. Also has anyone had any ClickBank success stories?
Clickbank is a nice affiliate company to start with. It's well established and trusted. If you're good, the money will start rolling soon
I had luck with some ebooks, but it is very hit and miss. Also ebooks which are hot and your selling daily can all of a sudden drop in sales completely. Picking a program should be based on the traffic of your site, unless your doing PPC.
How do you promote on Ad Words. They give you a URL that isn't compatible with Ad Words. The urls are too long and are weird looking sub domains.
Ever since adwords disallowed duplicate domains advertising for the same term, its best using your own domain name.
I am not sure you can use redirected URLs on adwords. No I mean setup a landing page which includes affiliate links on your own domain.
I've had a lot of luck promoting ebooks in the past, that's almost exclusively my income from CB now actually.
Does clickbank give you hosted pages you can use as landing pages or do I have to create my own from scratch? What are some other was of promoting other than Ad Words? Ive heard something from article writing.
Hi Dave90210, why don't you try the MoreNiche affiliate program? they have a lot of beginner guides on their site - for ppc advertising, article writing, seo and also some tutorial videos. You can promote health/weight loss/gambling/male enhancement related products. If you are interested, you can signup under my link: http://www.moreniche.com/join.html?w=129209&ttp=3

Heya, As I read this thread it was a good little memory of when I started CB and questions I had - Hey OP - I'm copying and pasting something I did from another thread for you - but if you haven't noticed yet - there is a ClickBank section above in the forum where you can get expert advice on everything from picking products to new launches to mingling with successful CB'ers... Look for good publishers with good programs - CB isn't just ebooks - it's all digital products - Audio/Videos/ebooks/software/membership recurring sites/anything digital on a server... I have been a publisher with them for a while and have many niche programs at http://www.nichechoppers.com/niche-products.html "they only provides banners" << Wrong - Clickbank is just the gateway that offers and affiliates meet at - the resources are up to the vendors to provide - which most lack - however here is a look at a great resource page for affiliates which has banners/landers/ppc templates/articles/emailers/cloakers/forum sigs/graphics/etc.etc.- http://www.nichechoppers.com/niche-product-forextracer.html Here is the 'best steps for a Clickbank Newbie' guide >> http://www.norbsmoney.com/clickbank-100-money-making-newbie-guide-best-advice-i-can-offer/ Hope this helps - I endorse it strongly because it works wonders for automating your business as a vendor, and my affiliates are all happy and trust the CB name because they pay on time every time. PDC and some CPA's are good too however overall - CB is a very quick way to get a grasp of AM'ing and the pros here will fast-track you... All my best, welcome to our CB world. NC.
