    Hi,
I am a manager of an affiliate network that has been running since Februrary of this year. Our affiliates are increasing everyday, our clicks and banner impressions are up but the leads and revenue is down. I don't understand this, what can I do to boost the leads. We have over 200 hundered cross-published offers so I don't think that is the problem. Any advice or comments would be great help.
    Thanks,
    Josh

Affiliates are probably liking the click rates and impression rates more then the lead rates. Also by the sound of it, it sounds like your using DT software. This is not good because tons of affiliate networks will have the same offers and different rates. Your commission rates are probably lower then hundreds of other affiliate networks. There fore driving affiliates to other networks...

hitboy is right, there are many same offers over and over again on the Cross-Publishing platform, what makes you think it will help your affiliate network rather then eliminate the chance to grow beyond it.

if you are interested in a different software solution, you might want to contact me.

No offense revenueco-op, but if you're asking these questions because you're unable to research your own pubs/traffic sources/merchants and are really clueless as to what you should do, you probably shouldn't be a network in the first place.

I know it easy for anyone to buy a DT license and "Hey - now I'm network too!" but perhaps a little experience should be gained first. If you can't answer those questions, good luck preventing your merchants from getting reamed by fraud.

Working as independent network is too hard work to fight against fraud. Also try to get exclusive offers which will give advantage over others
