As many of us do daily work and doing this many problems were occurred which sometimes even make u mad and due to which the graph of tension rises up. So what u do so that yr tension can be go away and once again u feel better.. as me i love matching comedy films as it simply transfer my mind to another thing and by doing this i also gain some BLOOD>>>>.........
I'm getting a hell of tension here, finance problem with school problems (lost several thousands this week + loosing my school this year) But movies helps to feel better, then music, and DP also Friends of course... And just trying to do any fun or chokolate, lots of sweets... or making some physical exercise, long, like bike for some longer trip, fresh air helps and I can releave my madness on bike and enjoy the fast speed But then needs to keep time for fixing the problems, which are lazy to fix themselves
hehe Once I was thinking about buing a that thing into which boxers are boxing while training themselves it must be a good pressure reliever
I train cage fighters....When there is tension you climb in the cage. Punching, and choking relieves tension. Its like a massage on steroids.

Former Boxer, Power lifter and Amateur Wrestler my part of the training consist of boxing, nutrition, training & condition, takedowns and takedown defense. We do teach when you do a move… do it at 100% and try to kill a man. I guess I learned from Desert Storm. I make my money doing other businesses 20 profitable websites and a small manufacturing company. Training fighters is not a job.
