It's not suggested to do that. If the reciprocal directory owners found all the backlinks are from the same file, your links will be rejected by most of these directory owners.

From your website, it's said it's better to put the category name as simple as possible. And my website is about classified advertisement, so will it be better to put "Classifieds" and "marketing and advertisement" in the category option 1 and 2 field?

 

For your case, you'd better put "market" and "classified" as the category options. The category crawler will use substr() function to find a matched category name from a directory, so the more simple you input the category options, the more chance of finding a suitable category from a directory.
