    Hi,

I wonder if google will find this fishy:
tittle: Travel photography - Digital Photography

before I had: travel - digital photography

will 2 photography keywords make problems?

Shouldn't cause any problems. Eventually you can try combining it: something like Travel digital photography or better Travel digital photos (I guess most people are searching for "photos" not for photography... but I could be wrong).

No it wont cause any problems and perhaps would increase the strength of your keyword density for "photography"

No problem with that. But I'm not sure your new title will help that much either.

No problem about that. It's not looks like keyword stuffing. Only 2 times the keyword was repeated.

I can't see any problem with that as long as you don't exceed to 60-65 chars of title. Here's a sample title that you can rely on. "Free SEO Guide | Free Online Guide to SEO"
It is common to your Travel Photography - Digital Photography

I think it is ok for you to put 2 keywords. Just don't go over 6 is what i heard from. But one of my blogger blog had keywords spam means keywords repeat for about 10-30 times and still going fine now. Maybe Google doesn't realize it yet. Hopefully it will be fine as it is HPK. :)
