But you need to keep your objectivity mister. A customer is complaining about problems he had with the support. He complaints here in this topic, and gets bashed by like 50 people that shouldn't even respond to it. The customer has the right to express his opinion, it shouldn't be like he gets his entire network to protect him. If I wouldn't respect the privacy of my clients I would also ask them to post for me and get 1700 people to make fun about a client that is angry. That is not how it works. I think the host in this case, even when the tone is now not very pleasant to eachother, should do EVERYTHING to solve it and to solve the problems for the client. If this is not possible he should make a sincere APOLOGY, instead of blocking a client or telling him he is irritating. A business like Cameron's, wich I think is a pretty good running business, does not fall down because they make loss on just a client. To avoid a topic like this he should also have taken the professionality to only refrain himself to posts wich show he tries everything to solve it. The customer should never be attacked because he is unhappy, professionality from the host in this case allready would have to come from things like that Cameron should ask other people that try to inflict damage to the client to get out of the topic, and let him handle it professionally. And about the libel things, they (Cameron and their group of hosts) did commit multiple violations inside our business topics. They have all received infractions and warnings for it. Do not tell me I am wrong, I have not received any warning. However, the moderators cleaned that topic out very nice, and we have quit talking about that. My personal opinion for this topic is, although you see many people who seem to like Cameron (Sometimes a bit scary how much) the host should still try to solve it with clients themselves. The network has nothing to do with it. I myself have never seen a business blocking clients, thats like blocking a network of people. Remember all people have got a contact list, you CAN lose those people too when you block someone.
Wise opinion, Jacob. I agree with most of things you say in your post. Above all about the objectivity here, and the bashing... (wheter he's right or wrong, I wouldn't want to be at the place of nexopedia here, lol) Anyway, I'm not a client of NetXHosting at all but I have to admit that I've seen some of his posts here and there at DP and he seems to be always ready to help and to share his experience. Even with peoples who're not his clients. He has surely avoided me to do a mistake by buying a bad service and I'm thankful enough for that. Sorry for my approximative english

lol. No, I just say that, as a non-client of your services, I can't know how your service is bad or not. But I can see that you're helping DP users even if they're not your customers and I appreciate a lot this state-of-mind. Nothing negative on your service because... how could I be negative or positive on something I have never tested? I'm just glad (and thankful) that you've helped me to avoid falling in a trap by your comments in a scammer's thread...
I can completely understand where your coming from on this, however it was his personal adress afterall and he's not oblidged to provide support their, thats what the ticket system is for. I can't help but get the feeling from the logs I saw that he was perfectly justified in blocking you. He has at least admited he got miffed at you but as I said, it was his personal adress. Now I can't say if his services are good or not because i'm not currently a customer, but given his professional attitude I have seen (despite the complaints) I wouldn't be opposed to giving his services a try in the future. I'm sure this could probably be worked out amicably without any bashing if you put your mind to it, and I apologise if I offended you with my previous post but threatening people (so to speak) wont make them want to help you any more.
