Okay this just pisses me off. I clearly contacted Google adsense support in English and they respond in the main language of my country. This pisses me off, what makes them think I know that language? Shouldn't they respond in the international most commonly known language: English?

They make stupid assumptions which clearly pisses off customers. Fuck.

Well I know it, but my English surpasses it by miles and miles... It's just that this isn't the first time it happened, I also got an adswords coupon or something from them but the whole email was written in my countries language when I specifically chose English as the preference in the adsense settings...

I am guessing that in the past some people complained to Google about being addressed in English instead of Hebrew, so now they have directed requests from there to Hebrew speakers.

Similar things happen here. Many people are much more comfortable with English than with Malay, the official national language. But there are always circumstances where people insist on using Malay to you even though it slows everything down.
