Number 8 is not true. keyword "diving bali" 1 of the top 3 using frames and never less than top 3..

If it is on a 'normal' site not farm links site why should be so bad?

1000 % agree, i had done promotion for one of my website when it was in under construction , and got pr 3 for the home page in this update...
So it's always good to do promotion for the website...
