it is being reported that Manchester city boss, the ex Thai prime minister is going to break his piggy bank and try to bring Ronaldinho to his club by offering... 200 000 GBP per week!!!!!! http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,16368,2483_3652478,00.html do you beleive it's possible? will Ronaldinho succeed in England?
Its great deal of money for “old†player even if he’s name is Ronaldinho. They can buy 2 younger already proven players for that amount. But hey, they know the best.
:| coz he told me when they buy a player like Ronaldinho at such a price, it means they probably have a big marketing plan with all the jerzeys and other products they can sell as well as bigger TV rights... Like Real Madrid did with Beckham and many others
Well this is a great news for English Football fans and I am sure Manchester City would hoping for good results in next season. But Can Ronaldinho perform his best football?
He can but sometimes when at older age, he may don't wanna perform his best tricks like he was younger
Yes you are right and I wonder how can he will adjust his gamming skills with English football. English football is different then other and most of matches play in high tempo.
i used to think the same as you. it was true a few years ago, when even the greatest south american players couldn't fit (palermo, veron...) but the English football has changed and now you see more players with such abilities succeeding on the pitch (c.ronaldo, tevez, torres...). going to such a club might be just what he needs to get back in shape. i doubt though he'll accept to join them as it's not prestigious enough for him and the night life in barca and milan are much better
This is the latest news I heard as well. Yes, AC Milan deserve him. Manchester City is too far from his magical feet.
How about arsenal take him? I think its the time for the gunners get all trophy. (i'm not the gunner fans )
Yes and life would be hard with Man City. We know that few years ago biggest English signing at that time did not produced a great results and he was Veron for Manchester United. Let see what Roni's performance in next seasons.
Yeah and it works for them. I think he should look out for few good players to win something at the end of the season.
