ok, now my site is not very old, around 3-4 weeks old ..... i have been doing self promotion to the exact target market, and hence, my bounce rate is at 1.8% ... meaning they look through the site .... in addition, i have about 50% of the visits being people who are returning visitors anyway, right now i am stuck on any other ways to promote my site .... how do i really get it out there ..... the target market would have millions of people in it world wide .... so how do i go about getting people to actually see my site???? this is my big problem, as i have no idea how i can keep on attracting visitors … everyone I ask, seems to think my site is fantastic, and the best they have seen (for that niche). That’s the other thing, I would say that my competition would only consist of 3-4 sites (these are ones that offer the same kind of services) also, am i being too anxious??? do i need to wait a little longer???? And in terms of money, iv made something like $5 so far, which is absolutely nothing ... my goal would be to be making at least $200 a day, and anything extra would be a bonus. Any help would be very much appreciated ... i thank you all in advance
Why not advertise at many classifieds like the one below this message? Ill let you know sooner of any ways of actaully making money too! Hope this helps. Promoting is not easy but youll get there in the end - especially when site is new!
If your site has such a low bounce rate why not try your luck with social media sites like Digg and StumbleUpon?
Are you talking about italian-calcio site? This site may fit better StumbleUpon. BTW, being a flash site it may not get properly indexed by search engines.
ok i shall try stumbleUpon about flash ... true ... however i think its getting indexed alright also, could you take the link out of your post ... or this will be ranked higher than my site in search engins lol

Although the slide show didn't work well for me, I would submit that page with football players' wives to digg.
see iv spent no money on advertising it ... well i spent $7 on a program that didnt do much at all lol .... and id rather not spend any money how much do you think i would have to spend on adwords in order to get a good amount of visitors?
If I were in your place I would switch from English to Italian in the first place, since Serie A is a big national league. I guess you are italian...
Well that would make it 10 times harder, due to the fact that there are already so many big and good football sites in Italian like i said, the market for my niche would still be huge ... Think about just how many millions of Italians there are in just the US, Canada, Britain and Australia ... not to mention those who are non-Italian yet still love it ... again from these nations, but also a lot from Indonesia, India, South America, Saudi Arabia, etc, etc (with many speaking English) Like I said above, my competition only really consists of 2-3 sites …. And then you have just general football sites that cover everything (where as mine is just Italian football) So I think this is one area which I am alright in
Great looking site (except the Adsense on the right-hand side kills the whole richness of the design). I think if you have some patience and keep your passion, success will come. Some suggestions to make it more interactive: Latest posts from the forum on the home page, get people more involved. Run some competitions, offer a free shirt for the person who has the most referrals per month. You could organise live kick abouts. Organise parties when the matches are played. This could be a decent money maker. Make it more than a website!
