Premium Adsense Publisher?

I have about 1,500,000 page impressions monthly and make about $1600 cause my niche which is video don't have high CTR ads.


I wonder how to be qualify to be a premium adsense publisher , whats the criteria ?

They refuse to announce it, but I have received multiple confirmations from Google personnel.

I think, The only accept Big Corporates now..

 

My AdSense account earned $38k last month and they told me that the program is not accepting any new applicants...
