I saw an off-line ad in which I discovered digitalpoint.ro

Nothing special, just a shopping site, but I thought that digitalpoint.com
    has to know about it.

Having different content, I am not sure if digitalpoint.ro violates any copyright law.

A brand name can be patented in one country [for example: Digital Point in Romania] or internationally.

Not unless it is a trademark across in that particular country... I looked into applying for a trademark across the world... wow... big money....

It's actually a pretty nice name for a digital photography site. Maybe Shawn should abandon all this nerdy web stuff and sell cameras.

    :p
