I decided I wanted to build my own computer. So I went to geeks.com and put all the things I think I will need in my shopping cart. only thing is, I have never built my own computer before. Keyboard, mouse, monitor. Also I would suggest a Video card to (if its in budget) even though your board has one built in. If not the graphics will be decent . Also the most important thing! Installation of Xp
Everything looks good as long as the ram is compatible with the board .. You will need ribbons to attach HD & cd rom unless they both come with one.
lol. yea, I got the keyboard monitor and mouse. well, I will just have to deal with crapy graphics till I get 70 bucks to buy a better one.
Yes Also are you wanting to build this as an accomplishment(Your first PC built) Or just finding it cheaper to build it? I would also recommend www.tigerdirect.com to purchase your parts. Should find it a lot cheaper. If your wanting to build it because its cheaper I could help you find a cheap kick ars CPU from a legit company online. You shouldn't have to much problems with your graphics. Still very capable of playing games such as WOW, Counter Strike. But You could get a better GC for around $60.
Go with NewEgg.com for everything. Tiger has good prices, but their shipping charges are very high. Most things on NewEgg either have free 3-day shipping or something reasonable.
im building this to use. im going to use some of my old computer parts for the new one though. (like my graphics card)

Also, The cd rom could get about 15 dollars cheaper. Just thought you would want DVD all links are fixed!
