It is starting to feel that way. I'm trying not to get overconfident but I just can't believe that America would be dumb enough to vote for four more years of Republican "leadership" after what they've done to this country.

I know when I first saw Obama speak in 2004 I was very impressed by him - I remember thinking "damn, why can't we get a guy like that to run for President" nothing against Gore & Kerry... but damn it feels nice to actually have a candidate to vote for, rather than just voting against the other guy.

Every nation was racist. Us no more then others.
And you wanting somebody to be elected just due to them being black is fairly dumb in all honesty. Do not vote for the colour of skin. yes we have never had a black president. But we have also never had a qualified black person make a real attempt to become president.

I don't care whether it is Obama or Clinton.. In both cases we have something for first time. If clinton will win, then we have first woman president of USA and if Obama won we have first black president of USA.

90% of the fastest people F1 are white! Does it signify anything?

What I am trying to say is: Each and every race has got it's own pros and cons!

I personally find it sickening how many people are voting for Obama for no reason than simply because 'he's black and we need a black president' same goes with Hillary and her being a woman. And you people wonder why America is constantly going down hill? It's because of retards like that who sees politics as a big game. It reminds me of those fools who say "I would vote for anyone who is not republican!!1111!!!"... You people are like a bunch of retarded drones with no grasp on reality, and obviously couldn't care less about what your children or their children will have to go through.

Enjoy your 'game of politics' while it lasts because thanks to you idiots with a kiddie mentality, your children's children may not be given the same opportunity.

What exactly about being black changes your politics? Is the average white person more or less likely to vote for the same things as the average black person? I think socio-economic background means a whole hell of a lot more than race when it comes to real political motivations. All this race crap is just propaganda in my opinion, one more way we can be distracted from what really matters. Someone please prove me wrong so I can quit being disgusted with the media on this one. Besides Obama is mixed. He is just as white as he is black.

I wouldn't vote for obama if his only qualification was that he was black.
I don't care about whether he's black, white or grey.

The U.S. is actually one of the least racist countries in the world with a white majority population.

    Knowledge is power.

I'd rather see people interested in Obama because of the issues. I wanted Ron Paul but prefer Obama over McCain or Hillary.

    Perfect answer.
I think that people who promote obama just because he is black should focus on his potential and ability to perform as the us president.

And i think this time us doesn't have any capable presidential candidate.
But maccan is better when it comes to patience, understanding and experience.

I think structural racism is mostly a thing of the past in this country but people continue to whine about it and blame problems on it that have other causes.

That was my point. People jump all over the U.S. but the fact is we are the LEAST racist country in the world that has a white majority.

Go to a country like Brazil and see how they treat black latinos (los negros) or any other country for that matter.
