New to Paypal please advice

Hi,

I am new to paypal.

Please guide how can I make an account in paypal and what will happen after that.

I don't know is it free or how much expensive.

Please advice.

It is free to open but does have some account fees for different things based on which type of account you have (personal, premier, business) which can be found on their fees schedule on the site.

What do you mean "verify with your bank account"? From what I know, we can only verify through a credit card or a vcc.. Unless if it is different for my country?

 

Well i am in Canada, and i verified my account using bank card (took 2 days)

 

Well you didn't verify it with just a bank account, you did it with a card so that's just the same as a CC, or a debit card.

You can verify by VCC , But it is banned on DP

 

But that's two different things, you can't mean one and say the other.

A simple bank account means that you have a bank account and that's it. You can provide only your bank account details such as bank account holder's name, bank account #, and bank account address. This is valid for bank transfers, bank wiring etc., but you can't withdraw anything with Paypal if this is all you have.

Unlike moneybookers, e-gold etc., you can actually use them without needing anything more than just your bank account details.
