Mine do. And they earn money with it. Enough to keep them in dog food and they don't eat the cheap stuff. Dee
lol thats funny. Random tips: you should blend the background color of the adsense ads with the background color of your site. I would also stick a banner underneath my header graphic.
I've tried changing the background of the AdSense to match the color of the page and it doesn't want to change. I guess I'm stuck with the white. Dee
Susan: First of all it's not my dog, it's my dogs. It takes two of them to maintain the blog. Kate, the English Springer Spaniel gets so distracted I can't count on her to blog more than once a week. Rose, the Irish Setter blogs at least twice a week most of the time. What they have learned in SEO is article marketing works to build pagerank. They've got about 20 articles out there that have been picked up by article directories, newsletters, and websites. So they've built up some backlinks. They use onlywire.com and submit new blogs as they're posted and of course they ping. Except for Rose, she thinks a ping is a snack. They've also interviewed some owners of dog sites and gotten links that way. The challenge is getting their slobber off the keyboard when they're done working. Dee
Your dogs are so cute.My dog doesn't have a blog yet but she will in a few minutes. Thanks for the idea.
My dog's blog is the best doggie blog on the net and he makes pretty good money with it. You can check it out in my signature He's featured here and here. @Dee, would you like Rose and Kate to be featured as loldawgz? I need some new dawgz to photochop/caption. All dawgz get a link to their (or their parents) sites/blogs.. PM me if interested in having the dogs featured.
He can't pull his Meerkat routine on the wood floors but he can stand for 10 minutes on carpet (especially if you have some cheese). He's a bundle of energy especially when you put him together with other dogs because he was the Alpha of his litter. The breeder sold him to me because he dominated hsi siblings. Then there's my sister's cat. He grew up with the cat but the cat is bigger than him now The people down the street from me have two wire haired (long hair) Dachshund's and when they're not romping like a raging herd of rat-dogs, they all stand up like that to beg. Plus, they are all escape artists Dachshund's are very good dogs for people with kids. The wire hair and long hair variety generally have a better temperment than the normal variety who tend to bond only with one person (like a German Shepherd). So, anybody on this thread have any doggie pix for me to photochop ???
lol, my dogs have their own blog too, but their PR tends to be as random as the puppy is. It was 0 for ages, then 2, and now its back to 0...we're working on it though.
I just suddenly remembered Weird Al's version of Ridin' Dirty. LOL! I don't have a blog for my dog but I bet if you play your cards right you can get some revenue out of it. That is if you provide useful information and not just a day-by-day account of the life of your dog.
Yep, one of my dogs has a blog too. His name is Cosmo and that is a cartoon rendering of him done by a forum member. Don't have the PR yet but he makes a little money too.
I have three dogs! Maybe they should all have a blog! I'm not sure I could cope with the fights over who gets to use the computer when!
