had some changes made to my old site and added in some thing's myself, old site is deep - divers dot com, new one temporarily on redseasound dot com/deepdivers any comments?
thanks the header is smoothgallery js not flash which is nice as you dont have to install flash which alot of people still dont.
Not bad my friend! My only worry for this is the choice of blues and orange (text and headings) on your blue gradient background. The left/right column blue text is hard to see with the blue background, so is the orange. When you get down to the section header "Learn To Dive" it works! Because your blue background gradient is mostly white and this gives the text and header room to breathe and not blend in. You may find that giving you text or page wrapper/container a white background may help with this. This will then give you a blue gradient for the background you want and a white background for all your text. Last thing, you may also want to lighten the blue headings in the dark gray boxes to a sky blue, something like the light blue on the Wordpress site would work. Hope this help.
thanks for your feedback everyone! @blame me yes i agree about the text actually i had a white background for the container but liked having the gradient show through but as you say it's a flip between aesthetics and readability will have another look to see if another color will make it more readable but still on the gradient bg.
