I not trying to have an argument. You are not making any sense. When you listed the types of meat you like. where are the carbs and is there fat in ribs and burgers or should it be listed seperate. Or should a person drink a shotglass of fat when eating ribs.
of course, muscle is just part of the factor. I play other sport (basketball, handball) so i am quite flexible. However, when i got all pump up after workout, i can't even bend my arm for an inch btw, i have small head like 5 years? but it is on and off though
Aslong as you have a healthy intake of good fats you'll be fine, fat is essential for hormone production and many other functions.
You can not be serious? I was responding to talk about beef. You on the other hand listed a break down of what to eat in percentages, 60% protein, 40% carbs, = 100% no room for fat. I know what I am talking about, perhaps that's the problem. I get easily annoyed when people act like they know what they are talking about, for instance telling someone to eat 60% protein and 40% carbs when it's in fact NOT POSSIBLE to live healthy.
I'm not sure if you are considering my information that I posted as part of that inaccurate info or not. But, all the info I posted is my personal experience and what has worked for me, a fellow hard gainer. However, everybody is different, so what has worked for me may not work for others. I have gained ~2" on my arms and an outrageous amount in my chest and shoulders over the past year. Well, OP, good luck with your weight gain and stay healthy!
Argument is useless. This is grim back http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=4136438&postcount=1500 How much you bench again Grim? 425 lbs? Case closed???
If someone jots down something as a guideline and someone list something else then everyone is wrong......umm I get it. If I wanted to break down every meal for a week then I would charge. My fighters look pretty darn good and cut to the bone when they fight.
How is it that hard to get the point that 60/40 simply is not possible? Seriously, you made a mistake, instead of arguing which is simply making you look bad, get over it.
You get over it, I did not list it for a reason. You did not list every thing either. Iim not looking bad everyone in our gym is at the computer laughing. We are fixing to climb in the cage so only a few more quotes. I did like the picture that was cool.
I was not talking about a nutrient break down, you were BTW you sound like some real hard core gym rats being at a computer during gym time.
I was giving guidelines, if anyone wants a break down menu and a training program I will charge. I do not have any openings for personal training though but I will put anyone’s name on a list I'm to busy getting a fighter ready for the ultimate fighter. I can't answer all the PM but thanks.
BTW you sound like some real hard core gym rats being at a computer during gym time. [/QUOTE] Anything for a good laugh until the sparring starts.
Guidelines would include FATS. LOL like anyone would want to get trained by someone using such faulty information. Give me a break. --- Yeah I guess your 'nutritional know how' is good for a laugh
Hey I have the same problem, but I don't eat animal products. Tofu and beans are good, but too much tofu leads to impotency so I've been trying to stay away from that. Anyone have any tips on how to get enough protein. Thanks.
