I am selling ads at $2 per CPM. You will get 1,000 views of your site for simply $2, that's only 1/2 a cent per view of your site. Your site will be displayed in full screen! The traffic will come from interstitial ads on a proxy site!

Discounts for purchase of more than 1,000 page views (Discounts of up to 75%)

It is a proxy site. I will give discounts on amounts more than $10.

Essentially what happens is when they visit my site they show view ad in a full page and then they can click to skip the ad and continue onto my site or stay on yours

 

Oh those types of ads... $2CPM is too high for me
