If you want serious help for gaining mass I'd recommend #1 asking your doctor as you might have underlying issues. #2 you could try a health/weight lifting forum. My forum for example does have a personal trainer on staff as a mod who gladly helps people out with such items. Much of the info in this thread is inaccurate. I myself an an easy gainer so I will not chime in too much for tips for a hard gainer
What the URL of the forum again? I forgot to register last time you post it No beef? you are missing quite a bit. Can you get oyster (for boosting testerone)? My arm look like a baby's arm compare to GRIM's
Nah no oyster for me. As you know the food style is much different in India than US. I better stick to chicken, soyabean, pulses, nuts, mutton. Thats what I can have. By the way I feel like vomitting when thinking of eating beef. You guys are habituated to it.
Eat chicken and oily stuff at 30 minutes before sleep, DON'T SLEEP STRAIGHT AWAY after your meal as it would clog or gag you.
Eat like a cow all day long and drink soda all day long. Just kidding. I would get my diet correct and take protein shakes. To increase mass 5 things must occur. More calories, protein/ carb balance, heavy lifting, sleep and proper water intake. Nothing beats healthy eating. Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart. For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 60% protein 40% carbs. Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chili or any type of bean) For your carbs, Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three to six times per week and aerobic exercise one to three times per week. Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA Good Luck !!! Try to dink protein shakes between your 6 meals any brand. You need to take in 500 to 1000 calories more than you burn Heavy weight low reps Day 1) chest and back Day 2) arms and shoulders Day 3) legs, calves Day off then repeat Abs, calves and forearms everyday
You have to work out + eat well, more wheat products. Don't eat more than 1-2 eggs a day, they are no good in big doses. Don't drink milk it's better to drink clean water or natural juices. If you want to gain weight and not fat, the formula is simple, you have to eat something that doesn't give you much fat (healthy food) and eat alot of that
Reread what you posted. I honestly don't want to embarrass you that badly, but protein and carbs, I think you're forgetting something else in the mix
Wow more incorrect, total crap being posted. I am amazed at how people open their mouths 'or type in this case' without knowing of what they speak.
I not forgetting anything. You will get fats just from eating meats, nuts and carbs depending on how they are prepared.
Ahh you bring up fats now, and yes you did forget it. Fat is a key ingredient and makes it impossible to do 60/40. You need to factor the fat into that equation, otherwise it simply does not make sense. Actually if someone didn't know any better they could eat sources of protein and carbs without any fats, not that hard to do.
Wow, nice workout It is almost thicker than your head btw, tell me, it is possible to, ehm, do the job after WC, are the arms flexible enought?
I did not list it on purpose. I don't have to be a guru to know people eat to much fat. Is this quote better ....I think of prime rib, ribs, sirloin, burger, yummmm now I am HUNGRY!
When you state 60%/40% it simply does not make any sense at all. Not one bit. You are saying to get 60% of your calories from protein, 40% from Carbs, leaving no calories left for fats. You simply do not make any sense, here is where you'd say yeah, ok I should have worded it differently. You in fact have no argument, why you are trying to have one is beyond me as it's silly at best. Your point being? I like those types of meat, it isn't misinformation that is incorrect such as you posted.
