what sorta proficieny is required to manage all this

What I dont get is within the forums admin posted "We need donations ASAP" Because we are working with 2 dedicated servers (still tuning them to perfect them), our costs raised to 200$+ for our servers.
To keep these servers all running smoothly we need donations very hard.

So if your getting so much income and profit why ask for donations?

If donations are that important to keep the system up and running then I presume your not making as much as you state.
