do this routine eat (with rice) - breakfast lay around (don't do any muscle activities except breathing...) eat (with rice) - lunch sleep eat (with rice) - snack time lay around eat (with rice) - dinner lay around eat (with rice again) - snack time (this is the most important part!) sleep...
go out and get some exercise ... you won't put anything on you if you stay in front of the PC all day long
well, are you girl or boy ? if girl then itis not so bad, 50kg at 175cm or 5'10", if boy then it looks abit low, but also nothing you should be worry about. Im not a pro in this but i heard that you should eat regularly, means, not whenever, but try to make really big breakfast (energy for whole day), then big lunch and less fat dinner (betternight sleep), all days at almost same time. do not eat fat things just because you want more weight, you will have heart problems first, I think. btw are you sporting? or just sitting infront of PC?
Lots of whey protein shakes and rice (or anything with lots of carbs). Follow with a hearty desert of a bucket of chocolate ice cream. Lots of beer helps too (stay away from lite beer; that's for girlymen)
Unless its brown rice of course which is a healthy source of complex carbs and fibre. But whey protein for the win, very healthy too.
I cannot quit rice. And I don't take alcohol. But I do eat a lo of junk but still not gaining even fat.
well dude take some diet like eat boil Eggs, Potatoes, Meal, Banana's, Milk and all kind of fruits and then see the result im also taking these and im going jim hehehe!!!
Any foods high in calories and protein. You gain weight from excess calories, which your body converts and stores as fat. And proteins for muscle gain, since muscle weighs more than body fat.
Well I know protien builds muscles. I fust wanna know what you guys suggest as high protien foods and I will choose the ones I find I can take.
Tuna, Chicken, Beef and meat, cheese, milk, eggs are all complete protein sources. After your workouts you want fast digesting protein such as whey protein and before bed you want a slow digesting protein such as casein.
Would you listen to me You don't need protein powder. Chicken Breast + egg white is good enough. Lift a lot and sleep a lot and you will grow
Thats all fine and true if you eat like a maniac but just think how much more you would grow with the ease of a simple shake adding 300+ calories of great amino acids. Im not a believer in needing every supplement under the sun but a protein powder can go along way.
It would take alot of estrogen in order for things to change. Trace amounts won't affect a male body.
I've used soy before, I am not afraid to use it. Read many reports which show estrogen is not an issue from soy, not to the extent that many try to make you believe.
Thanks guys. But I don't eat beef. Cow is considered holy in Hinduism and I hate the idea of eating beef. Tuna is not available in India. Others will do well for me. Nice biceps if thats yours Akhip.
