 i just wanted you to tell me the appropriate written format, which reports that [name] works as a lecturer and instructor in the field of SEO in [ institute name]

as this is gonna be a signed & stamped contract and certificate of instructing between me and the institue.

I just need to know appropriate written format of a contract between me and an institute,
this format stats that they are testify that i work for them as a lecturer / instructor in the field of Search Engine Optimization.

When you give me the format, i'll paste it in an ms word and print it , then i'll presented to be signed and stamped from the institute.

so i just wanna know what should be this written format.

no the contract hasnt been made yet, i need a suitable format to present it to the the institute and they will sign and stamp it.
