[warning !] Adsense ads background is made transparent by css !!!

    That is not true. You can float a div, position absolute, or a lot of other crap... you will get banned.

    The background isn't transparent. Its just that the div is transparent... easy stuff :p

    I took a look at the page and thought it had been changed, it's not transparent in IE7.

    That is a terrible site design, I'd immediately backspace out if I stumbled on it.

    i asked the adsense support and in reply they just copy paste their TOS.
    They didnt even see wether such ads are allowed or not!
    their support is definitely very poor these days

    Yeah they suck totally, best thing that they can do is copy/paste some cuts from there TOS, nothing new really =/
