Paypal got limited! Need help

    Plz give me Some Useful Suggestions to remove the limited access.


    Fax or upload documentation

    1.Proof of Address
    2.Invoices

    wht does invoices mean??

    Happened with me too.
    Send your electricity bill as the "Proof of Address", and another utility bill (preferably CC or bank statement), as your invoice.
    Be sure that the Utility bill must have the same address, as you provided, while registering with PayPal account.
    They are really helpful, lifted off my limits within 2 days.
