Wanted: Cheap PHP Coder

    I am after a cheap PHP coder to help me creating an order form. It is nothing complex, so you don't have to be an expert (I'm learning and could do it, just I don't have lots of time to waste!)

    There will be a couple of fields, including:
    - Text Boxes
    - Radio Buttons
    - Checkboxes

    The hardest part would be that they can upload a file, and I'd like for there to be a progress bar when they hit submit showing the uploads progress.

    On submission, it emails the details.

    You will need ajax or javascript for the progress bar for uploads :) Just letting you know. I hope you find someone to help you!

    Ok, so what Nathan said :D

    You'll need to know AJAX/Javascript or be able to integrate a free script (I'm sure theres a few out there)
