$30 Banner and Logo Contest - Car Related

I am developing a new forum for Jaguar car owners and I need a banner and logo made for the site.

I would like the banner to incorporate images of Jaguar cars, and include the text "Jaguar Car Forum" (the name of the site) and have some sort of racing or possibly checkered flag theme in the background.

I would like the logo to be circular in shape and also be incorporated into the banner. The logo needs to be easily resizeable as it will be reproduced on shirts and other apparel. The site/forum is still under construction, but you can see the basic layout HERE Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

I will run this auction untill a suitable logo/banner has been selected. I will send the payment of $30 to the winner via Paypal. Thanks and I look forward to seeing some submissions.

 

the basic layout is in blue - is that subject to change?
Or is there any specific color you'd like?

Must the logo be a perfect circle, or can it be an ellipse?

 

The logo could be elliptical or any other shape really, I just had a thought of it as being circular, but I would be open to other possibilities. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks

Very nice! Thanks for your submission, and yes I would like to see a banner utilizing the logo with it. Could you also do a logo with the text as gray or lighter color as opposed to the black? I think it might be hard to read as a smaller image or on t-shirts etc. with the black text. I like it and am looking forward to seeing the banner. Thanks

Thanks for your submissions, I was wondering if you could take out the Jaguar and official logo from the foreground of the banner and put all the words "Jaguar Car Forum" with the logo in front of the words, and maybe make the background a little bit more visible and include a jaguar car or maybe a light checkered flag background? Could I see how this would look? Thanks

I looked at the site, and i observed, that it has dynamic size...so it's size is the size of the window. So I can't make the logo biger, because on lower or higher resolution would it look bad. Try this:
