hello I am very skinny. Only 50kgs with height 5-10. I was better but lost 5kgs due to illness. Can you plz tell me what to eat to gain weight and not much fat? Well fat does not deposit on my body and I tend to put on weight very slowly. I have a hard time putting on weight. I have decided to do some weight training with light weight but what are the main exercises to do? Also what should I eat? I eat eggs and love them. Chicken, mutton is alright but no other type of meat. Also being an Indian, plz don't tell me about pasta and pizza and burgers. Try to say whats availabe everywhere. Also good protien shakes are hard to find. The highest protien content I got is 65% whey protien. Plz suggest a diet and exercise plan. I need to gain some weight. I think U should go to Fitness Club( body Building) & Eat High protein food This way can help u gain weight..
eat a big meal just before you go to sleep at night and always keep a bowl of something (popcorn, chocholate, biscuits, anything really that will keep you eating) next to you while you're sitting in front of your computer. You could also eat saturated fat, drink beer (two beers have about 500 calories) and eat a lot of stuff with sugar
Relax, buddy. After age 25 your body ability to metabolize fat will decrease. You will have more fat and fat after that age. But if you are more than 30 years old now and still that skinny, I suggest you go to the nutrition expert.
i seriously doubt anyone would like to gain weight by adding fat eat a lot, lift a lot and sleep alot, you will be fine. You don't even need hi protein stuff However, some people are born to be skinny, no matter how hard they try, they will just stay skinny and weak
lol....nice thread... i am 6'2" with about 95 kgs of weight... take lots of fats and go for exercice and you will develop a good build in a few weeks cheers!

Start eating more often. Every 2-3hrs. Whey protein is only designed for extreme cases where you need fast digesting protein, like after a workout. It is definitely not a meal replacement. Eat every 2-3hrs for a week. If you don't gain weight. Eat more at each of those meals. If you still don't gain weight after a week, start incorporating the extra virgin olive oil mega calorie drink. lol 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 2 scoops of peanut butter 2 cups of milk(2%) 1 cup of oats 1 teespoon of honey 1 scoop of whey. Mix it all together and you got yourself a 900 calorie drink. But I doubt it will come to that point.
