    Hi,
I know many ways that scammers use for their fucking work.
I'd like to start my freelance for people which want to avoid scamming.
Where should I start to offer my service? Please, your advices and comment are welcome.
    Thanks.

DP and other forums are good places to offer services like that you are planning to offer because you can easily read complaints from people who have been scam's victims, just make sure to use the appropriate category to post your service in any case.

    Good luck.

Honestly, if you wan't to make decent progress and decent money, I would focus on 1 system, and freelance for it.

I would choose joomla, drupal, oscommerce and just learning about creating modules and templates for a system, then you can become an expert in a choosen field.

Do you mean you want to setup a freelance site such as scriptlance.com?

if you can get a freelance site setup, complete with payment system and a sort of escrow service built in.
You could probably make it work and when it does get off the ground, you'll be making good money too.

    greetz,
    jobic

ps: as long as you keep in mind that it has to be as simple as possible to use, it'll do okay.
