Since many people posted their earning pics here, I thought I would post one too... PRIMARILY to encourage the newbies.

How I did it? Ans: Landing pages, and driving traffic through them to whatever method possible (white hat of course).

I am good at landing pages rather than traffic driving. I have read a lot of books about landing pages including Marketing Sherpa's Landing page secrets. I keep reading books and ebooks about selling, advertising and marketing.

KNOWLEDGE is POWER. Read a lot of ebooks, articles, blogs and an idea for the right action will popup in your mind. I know that some people say that reading lots of books is a waste, but I disagree. Of course you need to take action, but do it later after gaining tons of knowledge.

    All the best.

    Thanks for the encouragement!

I guess that's what mostly interests me, too - do you get a reasonable amount of organic traffic, i.e. Google? Or do you have to do some other forms of traffic-building?

Also, do you register new domains for every product, e.g. GreenBedspreads.com, and do you think it's worth it? Or do you just use an existing domain and create subpages for your landing pages?

Whatever source of traffic, I would advise you to stick to one method. If it is SEO, stick to it until you become an expert in that, samething goes for Bum marketing, PPC, placement targeting or whatever.

I don't mean to say not to have multiple sources of traffic, but jump to the next one only after you have streamlined the first one.

That's good advice. I had that problem when I was first starting out. I wouldn't give one source a long enough chance. When it didn't immediately hit big, I lost interest and was off to the next thing.

Your advice is definitely good for newbs just getting into it.:)

I see that you are from India, how do you handle that advertisers not accept you in programs ?
$2500 is your current monthly level after about 1.5 years, right ?

Its a tough job to get approved by advertisers. Many auto-decline Indians. But still you can get through if you email the advertiser and get in tough with them. You need good history, EPC and at least should be a 4 bar affiliate.
