Eyesight Questions

Hi i have weak eyes and i wear glases, my right eye is in -5.25 and my left eye is -4.75 which is quite bad. I regret watching tv etc very close lol.

Is there any procedures, which can help me improve my eyesight as currently i depend on my glasses alot which i hate. I know of laser eye and i am thinking of getting that done but is there anything out there which can help me improve.

laser is probably your best solution there

 

Laser eye? I think it's better if a doctor who decide that, not you. Because laser thing always be the last option in all kinda therapy.

Try contact lenses. My eyes are -5.50 and -5.25 and I do fine with them. : D

 

You can get contact lens only if you have spherical lens if you have cylindrical then you can't have contact lens.

Mine is -3.00 and cylindrical and cant have contacts, I am stuck with glass

 

try to eat veggies with vitamin E.

You eyes are very weak buddy!!! How old are you....?? Consult your doc what he says... Dont ask anybody else. Eyes are not meant to try everything suggested by anyone....

 

Hi tru that is what you say...but i wanted suggestions then i could find out if it is suitable to try...any natural ways like palming i know and swaying side to side anf focusing ur eyes on something far..
