The firefox referral is normally 10 cents per intallation

But I have also encountered a day when I got a 1 dollar installation

But calculate it as a 10 cent normally

The payout for a Firefox conversion of a U.S. visitor is $1
The payout for other countries varies from $0.10 to $0.90 - but google does not publish how much each country pays.

Since the bulk of my traffic is from the U.S., 98% of my conversions are at the full $1 amount.

That would be a no no... Always try to err on the good side of the "big companies", that way they can't come back on you down the road..

    Cheers!
