    You can't move your funds from paypal to Moneybookers. Why don't you use it online :confused:

    Sorry I can't think of a solution for you to move it to another form to withdrawal it. Maybe invest it into your online business if you have one or start one :)

    You can purchase domain names with PayPal, so do that :).

    You can send to your friends paypal account or like others said buy something online.

    Yes I prefer if you have any friend with PayPal account then you can send your money to him account and He can withdraw for you

    You can try paypal to moneybookers exchange in some other forum , it's not allowed in DP but there are a lot of sites where you can do this exchange . In this way you can move your money from paypal to Moneybookers . I think it'll help . .
