Valid PR 1, used to be PR 3. Dropped to 0 then went to 1 for unknown reasons.

Edit: The template is included. A rockettheme.com membership however, is not. I don't know the legal ramifications for this, but there are alternate templates bundled with the site.

It's running on Joomla.

Apparently you can use that template on my license as long as I don't use a rockettheme template on more than one other site - since my (other) website is on wordpress, there is no chance of that happening.

So yes, you will be able to use that template.

Its now cost me more as I purchased the domain transfer from my registar.

To what right does your brother have selling this for you?

I see on other sites where you were selling it. However this is not in good business standard.

You have been given a refund, as well as offered a refund for the domain transfer. And I was not selling it on these "other sites" whatever they might be. Please present proof of your claims, either:

1) That I was selling the website elsewhere
2) That you were charged for a domain transfer

On another note, it has not been 24 hours since the PayPal payment even now, which means that you are liable for your own action of purchasing a domain transfer - I would not have let the domain into your hands before 24 hours (at least) were up.

I am henceforth retracting my offer of booting your transfer fee until you present proof of either of your claims listed above. Kindly refrain from making baseless allegations, and provide a link where one is due.

 

Read the above. All I placed here was that you said your brother sold it and my response stating to what right did he have selling it.

I made no public accusations of sales elsewhere or anything of the sort. If it is not taken care of in the next 24 hours I will gladly forward my domain receipt.

I guess you still haven't answered why your brother sold this? Growing old fast. Anyways I expect to here from you over the next 24 hours whats going to decide negitive trader or not on the sale.

You had sold it to me. And was suppose to right the situation. because it was pushed to someone else because you say your brother sold it. Therefore you got bad itrader and now you are abusing the use by leaving bad itrader on me.

I have left bad iTrader on you because you insist on receiving the domain name despite non-payment. Not only that, you are implying that you have paid and not received the domain when in reality the money is with you.

Either learn to convey the truth, or live with the honest review I have left you. (And yes, I'm sure you realize that it is honest)
