I have a couple of questions. First I have a celebrity blog and I want to try a good ad network. I think YPN requires you have allot of traffic, Google wont send me a validation key. I want to go with a company I can signup right away and they pay more than just 2-3 cents a click like Google. I'm also going to be putting video on my site I want to use something like Invideo ads. I have Adbrite ads on there now with a crap click through rate not sure if Adbrite just sucks or is there something I'm doing wrong?
Frankly speaking Adsense beats the closest competitors by a mile, use it with Adbrite would be a good combination.
I can't use adsense. They only display public service announcements on my site. The reason for that is because I didn't receive some stupid validation code that was mailed to my house. Now I have to wait till june 18th to request another one.
The greatest CPM program is most certainly 100% ADSDAQ. It lets you set your own rates and has a bunch of other options that you can implement, like back-up tags. The best ads are the one most targeted to your topic, if your blog is about cars then go with car ads, ect....

I think it may be hard for Adsense to determine what your webpage is about so it displays public service ads. You have to have some good text and you have to have a topic otherwise adsense cannot place relevant ads on your site.
