Examples: vbulletin, templates, video scripts, and so on. Would Google ban your account if you didnt buy scripts and made $ off your site? Reason why i am asking is because a guy said he can give a few scripts to me really cheap and im not sure if i should go with him or not.
matter of copywrite infringement. If you got permission or what ever you took had a useragreement allowing you to use that script. Then your fine. Google is too big to waste time nit-picking about anything. That's why there's a simple black and white answer. -Scottydont
Well Google might not ban you but you'd sure get the hell sued out of you by vBulletin. Not to mention the trouble you'd get caught up in with hackers... Most stolen scripts have to remove the call back to their maker and that's also a major security feature.
I think its ok with Google, but the owner of scripts can create problems. For example, they will email your host and will tell them that you are using such scripts. I heard that such thing happens if you use vbulletin without paying for it
If I was google, I'd ban you, alert vBulletin(or whatever hard work you ripped off), and than finally, to put icing on the cake, report it to the FBI. Do you people not have any standards for yourself? When does it become acceptable to steal the hard work of someone else and use it for your benefit?
it is nothing do with google however you could have problems with the developers is they found out. and the developers can complaim to google saying that you are violating the copyright issues and so on...
You will receive a warning. Firstly it probably will be from owner of script. If you make things right, then they won't cause you any probs. Secondly, distributing the scripts could cause an immediate pause in ads, maybe without a warning... I am only guessing. Not official, but I've read a lot of stuff, and I don't mean in GC.
Google dont have time for that. If its a good null, vbulletin wont find you either. there's 1000's of vbulletin users out there.. a lot nulled. you could use phbb3 , its free and quite good
why worry about Google coming to null script? who knows you are running a nulled script or a license one? only god knows, but until and unless if you don't have a callback to the script from the company, relax enjoy.
