Can anyone recommend what text link brokerage (TLA, Linkworth, TNX, ETC) is most likely to generate a decent amount of revenue for a site?
You might want to try TextAdMarket, it's new but someone on DP owns it and it looks promising: textadmarket.com
Ha! That's me! I'm flattered! As my username says, I can tell you anything you want to know about TextAdMarket. We just recently launched to the public, but we are already growing our publisher and advertiser network. If you are looking for lots of revenue for your site, don't go with TLA. They only give you 50% of what your site makes, i know, i've used them for years myself. TextAdMarket pays out 80%, and you'll be hard pressed to find a better rate than that.
Text-Link-Ads is probably the most used one there and therefore should give the most revenue. Just wondering if you have some sort of 2 tier program TextAdMarket for referring new publishers to your program?
We have an affiliate program for referring new advertisers, but we aren't paying for publisher referrals just yet. I'm not entirely sure how I want to give payment for publisher signups, because technically anyone could signup several accounts. I was thinking, maybe giving a small percentage of the publisher's first year of earnings to the referrer. Thoughts?
I am using Text Link Ads, and I have been using them for a long time. I have nothing bad to say, only good things. Jens
Am using TLA and Linkworth and think TLA has the edge right now. Have signed up for textadmarket.com also
I have used TLA, Adbrite, TNX - but none of these guys get good positions on most of the websites. I would also give TLA the edge.
Awesome! Glad to hear!!! Let me know if you have any questions about TextAdMarket. You can find me on DP just about any hour of the day....or night.
