Great Information Pepperjam! I just recently started a site for Real Estate and property. So I think I will sign up soon.
pindarev - cool. Let us know how we can help. My recommendation is to create pepperjamADS rotating each of the real estate merchants I mention above. KBJ
I've been using all of those affiliates for years and they're all pretty good. RealtyTrac and Foreclosure.com used to give $17/lead a year or so ago. Overall, I've been real happy with HomeGain... if you contact them they can also set you up with a ppc program for their MLS listings. They'll pay you $.12/click for those. Not to bad if you're getting plenty of traffic.

I offer $60.00 to any website that sends a paying customer to my real estate site, do you think I would have more luck, generating more traffic if I paid like 5.00 if someone just entered their information as being interested, but didnt necessarily pay yet?
