Hello, I've just created a custom landing page for a Clickbank product as the origianl landing page had room for improvement. Now however I've discovered that I must use the "hoplink" system - which sends all buyers to the same, mediocre landing pages of the merchant. So for example I'd like to promote this Clickbank product: - http://Affilaite.Vendor.hop.clickbank.net - However, buyers click on the link and get sent to the merchant landing page. - The landing page could be improved, so I made my own at: http://www.myaffiliatesite.com but I can't use this to sell the product, because it's outside the "hoplink" system. How can I have users purchase the product from my own landing page site directly, and not have to first go to the merchant landing page via the "hoplink"? Perhaps I could send the buyer direct to the actual payment URL page, for example: http://www.clickbank.net/pay/step1....tl=ProductName&thru=&name=&emal=&ctry=&zipc=& Or will this not work because the affiliate id isn't included - please tell me either way. This system was supposed to be updated in 2005, but this is awful if I can't make my own landing pages - they make a huge differnece. Thanks for your help, Best, Jeremy
I dont believe you can thats one bad thing about clickbank, you can only send traffic to the home page but most sites this works just fine.
HUH and maybe use a spell checker! can you plz clarify your comment? or are you just trying to pad you posts?
Hi Just check out the below link, if it is of any help.. Instantly add your ClickBank ID to the entire Clickbank database and allow users to search that database directly from your web page. While you could be paying up to $50 for this script, this source it is FREE. All you have to do to add this to your site is paste a short piece of HTML code into the appropriate place on your web page. The sample code for the plugin is give below; <iframe width="675" name="cb_search" height="530" src="http://remote.ozwizz.com/cb/?your-clickbank-name" scrolling="no" align="left" hspace="0" vspace="0" border="0" frameborder="0"></iframe> Just paste the script into your web page and change "your-clickbank-name" to your Clickbank affiliate name. Note : Do not try to change the height and width of the i-frame. ----------- A final snapshot of a Clickbank Mall, with the above link, is given below. http://www.marketingaffiliater.com/click-bank/ ----------- Please also note that I am in the process of running checks and cannot give you a solid feedback, unless I have quite a number of purchases. Anyway, it appears good. Give it a try
Yes,I am trying for this, getting directly payment page is not available in clickbank i think,as for as i know.
It would be sweet if clickbank would set up hoplinks directly to buying page. would give us a little more power.
i completely agree.. wish CB would allow us to create our own landing pages and send users directly to buying page.. CTR could be highly improved
There are a few older threads on this. I believe there were concerns about losing your cookie. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=591165
This is something I am interested in, but if it is going to mess up the cookies, then it is not worth it, I would hate to lose a sale after all my hard work. I often use this site http://profitpal.com/ to sell click bank affiliate products as all the products you can promote have really nice (and modern) landing pages.
There are vendors on clickbank that have custom links that skip the main landing page and go directly to a purchase link. You should check at the bottom of the pages where is says "affiliates" thats usually where they have extra marketing material and links. (not all vendors have this) hope that helps
Just ask the vendor to send you the code/link for their order page. Many vendors do this. So you have your own site with the product review and a link that goes to the vendors order page. You skip going to the sales copy page all together. This works well if you explain the product well and have good sales copy. IF you don't your conversions will be low. Many vendors spend thousands on copywriters and on professional videos to get better conversions. If you make your own page you will basically be cutting out the professional sales copy so be careful...and always test your conversions each way
