I've been asked by a friend what are the best opportunities to earn decent money online, like, $100-$1000+. I'm at a loss as to what to advise him, considering that I'm new to the internet too. Is affiliate marketing okay? Please be generous with your opinions. Any advice or recommendation will be greatly appreciated. My friend has a good command of the English language and knows a little photo editing using Photoshop. I think he can also do proofreading, forum posting (although I doubt if he has experience in it), directory submission. Thanks for your opinions!
Internet Marketing... What else? If he's good in English, then tell him to try freelancing. He can make much more than $100. Hope this helped. Bye.
If you are good with advertising and other stuff you can try to resell stuff, idk web hosting reselling, software reselling and i do agreed that blogging is a great way of earning money if you can write English currently and put every day interesting content in your blog This is a really strange idea but is less used than many others, if you know more than 3 languages you can freelance as online translator ^^
Freelancing about what and how? Please elaborate a bit. He will blog for those sites? What exactly are those sites you mentioned? Can you please show me where he can do that?

He is struggling at HTML? You don't see many people struggling at HTML. You told he is good in English. Well, then he can write articles. Tell him to try projects at Elance, RentACoder.
Best option is write article and do forum posting if he don't have any webmaster skills . By writing good articles you can earn more than $15 per day which is also a nice amount .
Tell your friend to read this forum cover to cover, if she/he hasn't made any money by the end of the journey, give up.
