Yes, coz. But i think 300.000 visitor is nothing to say CPM.
Google can talk with you if you said 300.000 in 1 month :D

Anime is a terrible niche. You'll get 5 cents a click if you're lucky, and your click rates will be in the toilet. To top that off, ask yourself: Why would your viewers want to click on the ads? They came to your site to watch anime for free, they're sitting there at their computers watching it for free, they have what they came for. They have no unfulfilled needs that the ads could offer to fill.

So you'll make a little money, but it won't be worth it unless those 300,000 viewers are a daily number, not a monthly or yearly number. For CPC, figure click rates of 1% and an average PPC of $0.04, for $120 earnings total.

It depends on your niche, placement, geo traffic, etc. obviously.
Why don't you see if you will be able to make some cash with TribalFusion of ValueClickMedia?

    Depends
If you have quality traffic then CPC may do good.
But CPM could do good. But it all depends.
Say you have a site that gets loads of traffic but no clicks.
I would go with CPM then
as you will make cash no matter they click or not..

CPC is still the best bet IMO ... adsense pays the best as compared to other ad programs
