Honestly, this shows that Cameron isn't trying to hide his customer relations from the public and is willing to stand behind his decisions. I have contacted Cameron before when I have had a problem with my hosting and he has been more than willing to help me get whatever issue fixed promptly. The only downtime I have had is due to the provider of the servers, BurstNET.

I also need to speak up here. I have one server with Cameron, and 2 VPS's. For you to say don't buy from him because you had an issue is rubbish. I run some servers myself, and issues develop. For the quality of host he has been on DP give the man a break. He provides excellent service for a good price.

Wow, you know your wrong so you stoop to a idiotic comment.

From what I see, it is your fault.

About the should be helping or respectful or whatever on private msn, I don't think you would like it if *hypothetically* you closed your business and went home to relax and someone came to your house and bugged you :p

(No, I am not a chum bum for posting this, I never talked to Cameron, but I understand that it is people like you that think your always right and try to ruin someones business)

Well he ruined my business, because after 48 hours all my customers left me and I had to give them some of my own money. So before you start thinking i'm trying to ruin someone elses business, think what his slow support has done to my business.

And I somehow don't think rebooting the server which made the files on the server corrupt (which meant it needed to be fully reformatted) is my fault somehow. This should have been checked before I was sent the welcome email.

still the comments are inappropriate, rude and sexual, posting guidelines state:
Personal attacks against people, or sites will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with someone or their site, take it up with them personally.

I don't have time to read the entire thread thoroughy, please correct me if this has been covered.

If you mount a HDD, this will sync the FSTab file. Now, if you corrupt the FSTab file, you won't know until a reboot, or if you execute `mount -a`, whichever is first. It is quite possible this WHM's fault, or yours, but I never mount, partition or format harddrives using tools like that, also, there is no warranty, so it is in no way Cameron's fault.

Although Cameron, I have to say one thing: If it's only the fstab file that has been corrupted, all you have to do it boot the server into single user, punch in the root password, `vi /etc/fstab` check, fix and reboot. The DC should have recommended this and not a OS reinstall (I bet the reinstall costs $?), therefore perhaps a second opinion was neccessary.

Also, Cameron is a very nice guy. He does care about his customers, the fact he has a lot of them, really says something. The prices he sells his services for are extraordinary, and at those prices, I assume the severs are unmanaged, and they are only there to cover connectivity, networking and hardware issues.

Cameron has been exposed before. Please be advised that they are not a registered company.

If you are in problems no one can protect you!

Nexopedia we urge you to contact us directly by email because we are soon to open a case against them.

We might be able to do something for you.

Now I don't care who you are talking about here but you can not sue a party over the internet for slander. Slander is spoken word. So if you were true in your posting, then you must have one hell of an idiotic lawyer.

And honestly, even if you did "win" the case, you would be spending a hell of a lot more money on lawyer than how much you would actually "win" :p

    Thank you

Didn't your mum ever teach you if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it

Thanks, but it just is showing his immaturity :)

Well that's just what the datacenter told me. I called the senior tech after I talked you on on MSN and they agreed that they could try fixing it, which they eventually did

That's your opinion. We have been commended on our support before

HAHA you don't give up do you!

    Ah yep, so let's see:

    This is what I said:

    This is what you said:
So you did the exact same thing!

Exactly, and they wouldn't win (see above)

You see, he can't prove that what Cameron said about his company is in-correct! Therefor he cannot sue for "libel"

    ;)

Wow this thread is still going on i thought it would have been locked by now Cameron is a good person and NetXHosting is a good company i hate to see things like this posted on the forums Cameron did a good job with the defense of Netxhosting. nexopedia needs to move on and find some body else if he was unhappy with
netxhosting. It is looks like to me it has been nexopedia's fault for his problems anyway.

Now WTF is this? I've known Cameron for over a year, and in fact have been inspired by their business and how successful they have been. From what I've read about your experience, I can safely say that it is not Cameron's fault you had problem. You should of thought about what you were doing and asked for help if you couldn't do it.

Oh and for Profit | Jacob, you can't sue Cameron as you please, it would never hold up because everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and slander and slang are never prohibited. Besides, suing him is like risking your own small enterprise.
