A subdomain or directory?

    Hello,

    I'm going to add a forum to my website www.verned.com

    Is it better to add a subdomain, for ex: forums.verned.com
    or a directory, ex: verned.com/forums/

    Please let me know if there is any difference and which is the better.

    Indeed the subdomain is better for a forum. Also digitalpoint did that and many others. It would be more beneficial in my opinion. And it looks also as you do a lot. Always good.

    Subdomain is much better, you would
    be able to host and tune it separately.
