Probably because they don't make any revenue from it. As you might not know if you run advertisements. You will only get paid for web traffic from developed countries. Those countries listed are mostly developing countries so there poor and advertisers cannot make any money from them, considering video use insane bandwidth Veoh decided to block them to cut costs on server resources most likely. Youtube is now also blocking countries from certain videos. Your likely to see this more and more in the future as webmasters look for way to cut costs on server resources. I know it pisses people off, but its just business. You can get around geo-ip blocking using a proxy. But you would need a socks5 proxy for veoh. Those php ones won't work with flash. In the event this become a big problem for these countries you could rent a vps with linux and ssh port forwarding that located in the U.S, and use SSH and puTTy and create a socks5 ssh proxy to bypass the geo-ip block or buy a paid VPN service located in united states ip addresses.
Veoh is owned by Fox, its probably the most heavily controlled and propagandasized Video site on the web. those countries probably banned veoh not veoh banning those countries.
I don't think so, many countries banned Veoh at the same time. In my country, there's no history yet about banning any site.
A few more countries, they can just list down the countries they approved, not the countries they ban, it would be easier for them.

Good that Portugal is not banned, anyway we are a small country (however we are well developed, just 10 years retarded when compared to Germany) we cant even hurt a fly ^^

What bandwidth they probably get 25 people a day from Iraq, how is that bad bandwidth, and how can you differenciate the revenue from developed countries and third world. there revenue is through advertisement, what does it matter if someone in africa is seening that advert or someone in france? they still get paid for the ad.
